Construction of the PLUS analysis instruments

Background

The PLUS Analysis instruments build on a basic model that has been used to describe both individual behaviour and company cultures. For us, Reddin ( 1983,1984,1988,1989), Quinn (1981, 1984, 1988, &McGrath, 1985, &Cameron, 1988), Mitroff (1983), Kilmann (1976, 1983) and Adizes (1989) have been the most important references, but there are many others who build on the same line of thinking, for instance Hersey & Blanchard in their model of Situational Leadership.

Reddin has perhaps been especially important as the Swedish translation of his own test was used in the past by Ehdin & Partners. However, the model has been developed to be better adapted to European business life.
